The conference attracted about 230 people, mostly women, with presentations and panel discussions leaving them informed and inspired to make changes in their business, workplace, community and industry.

Revalent topics were covered, such as agricultural policy, communication to build public support, responding to climate change, leadership, an innovative business model, digitisation in the export market, farm business management, transforming regional communities and resilience.
